2023 jake porter duatlhon - 7th may
STC are excited to share that the 2023 Jake Porter will be taking place on Sunday 7th May. Over the years the event has been run in memory of Jake and has raised thousands of pounds for CHAS who provide a full family support package for babies, children and young people with life-shortening conditions. It is a fantastic cause and one very close to the club's heart.
Starting at the Tingwall hall the event kicks off with a 3km run, followed by a 22km gently rolling bike course, and finishes up with a repeat 3km run.

As always the event can be run individually or as part of a 2 or 3 person team. Regardless of ability anyone aged 15+ is invited to take part.
All money raised from event entries will be donated to CHAS.
The Tingwall Hall will be providing a fine selection of teas/coffees and homebakes in the Hall afterwards too. What more could you want!!

Ever fancied giving triathlon a go? Always been terrified by the thought of it? Been put off by the looooong distances involved?
Well, the Brae Novice is the perfect event for anyone wanting to take on their first triathlon. Short distances, friendly faces and a lot of people in the same boat as you.
